Lucky Charms for the Trail
Jill and Dale Dunbar
We enjoy being outdoors. We live in the small northwestern town of Meeker, Colorado, gateway to the Flattops Wilderness. We hike, backpack, OHV, snowshoe, hunt, fish, kayak, and just plain camp. Every adventure is new to us. We are like children experiencing candy for the first time. These are our adventures. And we want to share them with you! View all posts by Jill and Dale Dunbar

Hmmm… I’d have to really think about that. I don’t have any that I’m conscious of. Love your cairn necklace!
My cairn necklace is so I won’t get lost.
Nice tips! When hiking stretches of the AT I bring an old metal cub clipped by a carabiner to my pack and my trusty wooden hiking stick, which is practical and a lucky charm. 🙂
